The Ashinaga Internship Program began in 2013 as an English teaching program for students in Japan and Uganda, enabling interns to acquire the problem-solving skills and adaptability needed in multicultural environments. Since then, the program has grown to encompass a variety of departments and functions. To date, we have had over 500 interns from over 90 global universities in several dozen countries.
Learn more about the Ashinaga Internship Program here.
In recent years, we have started hosting remote interns in order to adapt to the changing working styles at Ashinaga. This Winter, the Japan Internship Program will offer a fully remote program for interns based outside Japan, and a hybrid arrangement for interns based in Japan.
